How are your figurines made?
Every piece is 3D-printed on demand, in France. Depending on the model, it is printed in full colour (AMS printing) or in a single colour ready to paint yourself.
What are the production times?
We make everything to order, with no stock. The production time is shown before payment; your order then ships within 1 to 3 business days after production.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within France and Europe.
How can I track my order?
You get tracking by e-mail, and you can find it anytime in your account, under My orders. View my orders
Can I return an item?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). Personalised or engraved pieces may be excluded (art. L221-28). Return costs are at your expense and refunds are issued to the original payment method. Right of withdrawal
What sizes and finishes are available?
Several sizes are available depending on the product, up to real-life scale. The finish can be Normal or Matte, and the print colour is your choice for single-colour pieces.
Can I customise my figurine?
Yes: the print colour is your choice, and engraving is available on selected products.
Are the reviews verified?
Yes. Only customers who actually ordered and received a piece can leave a review, and every review is approved before it is published.
