Withdrawal period
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
How to exercise this right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (e-mail to the contact address or via the support area of your account). You may use the model withdrawal form below, though this is not mandatory.
Model: "I hereby notify my withdrawal from the contract for order no. […], ordered on […] / received on […]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Date: […]."
Returning the products
You must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Direct return costs are at your expense. Products must be returned in their original state, complete and undamaged.
Refund
We will refund all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, and after recovering the products (or proof of dispatch). The refund uses the same payment method as the order.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (art. L221-28 of the Consumer Code). Custom pieces made on request may therefore be excluded; this is recalled before ordering.
