Article 1 — Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern sales concluded on the TSI 3D site between the publisher (sole trader) and any consumer customer. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered are 3D-printed objects, sold in limited, numbered editions. Visuals are as faithful as possible; slight variations inherent to 3D printing and handcrafted finishing may exist and do not constitute a defect.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Under article 293 B of the French CGI, VAT is not applicable (exemption scheme): prices therefore include no VAT. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Order
The order is confirmed after acceptance of these terms and payment confirmation. A summary e-mail is sent. The publisher reserves the right to cancel any order in case of dispute, payment failure or stock shortage.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online by bank card, securely processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd — Dublin, Ireland). Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never passes through our servers. The amount is charged when the order is confirmed; the order is processed only after payment confirmation.
Article 6 — Delivery
Products are delivered within mainland France, to the address provided by the customer, within the timeframes stated at the order (home delivery or pickup point). Timeframes run from dispatch. In case of abnormal delay, the customer may contact support.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
The consumer customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, under the conditions detailed in our "Right of withdrawal" page. Custom-made products made to the customer's specifications may be excluded (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Article 8 — Legal warranties
Regardless of any commercial warranty, the customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 of the Civil Code).
Article 9 — Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, compliant with the GDPR.
Article 10 — Disputes and mediation
In case of dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The publisher's registration with a consumer mediation body is in progress; the mediator's name and details will be published on this page once confirmed.
