Data controller
The data controller is Suqitech, sole trader, reachable at the contact e-mail in the legal notice.
Data collected
- Identity and contact details: name, e-mail, postal address, phone.
- Order data: purchase history, amounts, delivery addresses.
- Account data: login credentials (hashed password).
- Technical data strictly necessary to operation (essential cookies).
Purposes
- Order management, delivery and customer service.
- Customer account and loyalty/referral program management.
- Compliance with legal and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
Processing is based on performance of the sales contract, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, your consent (e.g. non-essential cookies).
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes, then archived in line with legal periods: order data and accounting records (invoices): 10 years (accounting obligation); customer account data: until account deletion, or 3 years after the last contact for inactive customers; technical logs: 12 months maximum.
Recipients
Data is shared only with strictly necessary providers (carrier, payment provider, host, e-mail service), within the limits of their tasks.
